Captain Cook Cruises has released a range of Australia Day lunch and dinner cruises aboard flagship MV Sydney 2000, guaranteeing the best seats on Sydney Harbour to see all the spectacular Australia Day action on 26th January 2020.

By day see the harbour come alive with Australia Day celebrations from the Ferrython, Tug & Yacht Ballet to the Australia Day Parade and Tall Ships Race.

By night the Australia Day LIVE 2020 celebrations begin. See a breath-taking maritime, musical and dance extravaganza in the middle of Circular Quay. Watch the water and skies light up with a flotilla of yachts, a jet-ski and flyboard show, an on-water opera performance, yacht ballet and a series of light displays and dazzling fireworks.

MV Sydney 2000 will be positioned off the Sydney Opera House and will join a select number of vessels in the Australia Day Live program.

There are three lunch cruise options to choose from – Australia Day Sky Deck, Club Deck and Show Deck lunches, all onboard the Sydney 2000.

The Sky Deck lunch offers a four-course premium menu including house spirits, superior wines, beers and soft drinks, all for only $229 per adult and $169 per child (4-15yrs).

The Club Deck lunch features a seafood buffet plus a full range of non-seafood and vegetarian dishes, dessert and cheeses and superior wines, beers and soft drinks.  The Club Deck lunch is priced at $199 per adult and $129 per child (4-15yrs).

The Show Deck lunch features a special Australia Day buffet offering a range of cuisines and including a standard bar of house wines, beer and soft drinks, all for only $169 per adult and $99 per child (4-15yrs).

All Sydney 2000 lunch cruises depart 26th January 2020 from Darling Harbour, King Street Wharf No.1 at 10.00am and disembark at 2.15pm.  

Australia Day dinner cruises onboard the Sydney 2000, travel inside the exclusion zone for the spectacular finale, water-show and fireworks. Dinner cruises include the Australia Day Sky Deck Dinner and Fireworks, the Australia Day Club Deck Dinner and Fireworks and Australia Day Show Deck Dinner and Fireworks.

The Australia Day Sky Deck Dinner and Fireworks cruise includes a four-course premium menu, and house spirits, superior wines, beers and soft drinks from $229 per person.

The Australia Day Club Deck Dinner and Fireworks cruise offers a three 3-course premium menu and superior wines, beers and soft drinks from $199 per person.

The Australia Day Show Deck Dinner and Fireworks cruise incudes a three-course premium menu and a welcome glass of bubbly.

All Sydney 2000 dinner cruises depart on 26th January 2020 from Darling Harbour, King Street Wharf No.1 at 6.30pm and disembark at 10.30pm. 

Guaranteed window seating for all lunch and dinner cruises is an additional $35 per person.   

Captain Cook Cruises is also operating Australia Day cruises where guests can bring their own picnic lunch. Cruises include Australia Day Parade, Picnic & Fireworks cruise, 10am Ferrython & Parade cruise and 11am Australia Day Boat Ballet cruise. A special Captain Cook ferry service between Shark Island and Circular Quay will also operate on the day.
